About the position
Studentwork is looking for an energetic Customer Service/ Sales Assistant to take an important role in supporting our client company Haarla’s sales team in Tampere for a fixed- term employment of 6 to 12 months. The main goal during that time is to learn more about the company policies and strategy. After that the person would be relocated in Gothenburg, Sweden to take a bigger role in sales and administrative tasks locally!
This is an interesting career opportunity for a person, that could see him/herself be relocated in Sweden in a longer run; we are looking for a brave person, who will work first 6-12 months at the Tampere office and after that is willing to relocate in Gothenburg, Sweden to grow the business there on long term bases.
Your main responsibilities include taking care of price inquiries and order acknowledgements and the making and follow-up of delivery chain and orders. This will require constant communication with company’s partners in the order chain. In addition to this, your task includes the communication with the customers and taking care of their additional needs and orders based on the information given by the sellers.
What we expect of you:
- fluent Swedish and good English skills, Finnish language is seen as an advantage
- willingness to work first in Finland, then to relocate in Gothenburg, Sweden
- some experience in the field of supply chain management, logistics and/ or (international)sales
- relevant University level degree for the job
- You are a self-driven people person, with ambition in improving in the field of sales and customer relations
- ability and willingness to work independently
- proactive way of working and problem solving
- willingness to travel
The employment is fixed-term for 6-12, months, depending on the person. Our client company will help with the relocation and offers a great work environment and team to work with. You get all the tools needed in order to become successful in this position!
