As a technical advisor at Webhelp you will be a member of our customer support team in a call center environment, supporting an exciting global consumer technology brand. Your employment will start with a thorough training period where you will learn everything you need in order to excel in this position. After your training you will be able to provide customer support in both simple and complex technical matters.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for service-minded people with excellent communication skills who are motivated by providing outstanding customer service. You are interested in consumer-based electronics and are eager to learn new skills. On top of this, we look for:

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Second degree education
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred

 

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Handling incoming calls regarding smartphones, tablets and computers
  • Providing customer service for both Finnish and international customers
  • Investigating and resolving issues or escalating them to senior support
