Key services to our clients include application development, systems integration, business recovery services, strategic outsourcing, systems management, internet and networking services and business intelligence.

We are now looking for a trainee to work in the IBM Resource Management Center (RMC). In this role you are responsible for RMC reporting, SBU coordinating and project management support. Responsibilities may include any or all of the following: call reporting, monitoring of open tickets, support and assistance with any installation project admin related work.
 
If you are proactive, diligent and not afraid of taking responsibility, you are probably just what we are looking for. Moreover we expect you to be a highly organized self-starter with a flexible and can do attitude and the ability to manage a variety of tasks and work to tight deadlines. You should have a customer-oriented attitude and a strong client focus. You have great interpersonal skills and communicate fluently in both English and Finnish. Most importantly, you have the right attitude of developing your skill set and work experience.
