Key services to our clients include application development, systems integration, business recovery services, strategic outsourcing, systems management, internet and networking services and business intelligence.

We are now looking for a trainee to work as a HW FrontEnd Representative in IBM  FrontEnd and as a Systems Service Representative. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years until graduation.

In the HW FrontEnd Representative role, you are responsible for problem determination and action plan creation for HW break/fix service calls. Responsibilities may include any or all of the following: receiving, reviewing, and making action plans for break/fix service calls.

As a Systems Service Representative you are an individual contributor responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems and components, including hardware, networking products, software and operating systems. Systems Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the client. They advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may impact product performance or impair client's IT operation. They may also perform services activities such as systems assurance, installation planning, account management, systems-level problem determination, discontinuance and relocation of IBM and non-IBM systems and products.

Communication skills are critical - both with customers and colleagues. You will answer our clients' and technicians' questions, provide support on break/fix service calls, where appropriate, and play a key role in customer satisfaction for service requests.

Weekly working hours are max 30 hours and the contract duration up to 12 months depending on the candidates personal situation.

Please note that fluent Finnish is required for this position.
